Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Work is part-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts. The role includes data collection, collaboration with a supervising BCBA, and ongoing guidance for families on strategies and progress. Transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation to homes for therapy sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
