Ocean Psychological Services in Fremont, California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to monitor progress and adjust activities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification preferred.
• Prior ABA experience or understanding preferred.
• Strong data collection, time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must be available at least 15 hours weekly between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with weekend flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Deliver direct ABA therapy based on individualized client goals and treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data during sessions to monitor progress and guide decisions.
• Attend client team meetings, quarterly staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Create and utilize instructional materials to support therapy goals.
• Facilitate individual and small group social skills training sessions when appropriate.
• Maintain timely communication, including checking and responding to company emails on business days.
