Imagination ABA Therapy seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, and community settings in New Jersey. This flexible, part-time/per diem role supports BCBA supervision, data collection, and progress documentation to help children thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA therapy 1:1 in-home, in school, and community settings.
• Following treatment plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collecting data and documenting client progress.
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment.
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors.
