Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client goals.

Positions offer flexible hours and paid training, with opportunities to progress within the ABA field. Training provided, and work located at clients' homes or community sites in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Engage families and maintain a positive learning environment.
