Job summary

Eagle Custom Packaging is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to set up and run flexible packaging converting equipment in a safe manufacturing environment. Roles span 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with no mandatory overtime, and compensation varies by experience, ability, and shift differential.

Candidate will monitor machines, adhere to safety and QA procedures, and assist with basic maintenance. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential for keeping production

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to set-up and operate a machine.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to stand for all day and lift 75 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, and climb a ladder and stairs.
• Must be able to hold objects with hands.
• Good attendance.
• Desire to learn.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexible packaging converting department machines.
• Continuously monitor machine performance to meet quality standards.
• Assist with preventative maintenance as needed.
• Understand and follow operational documentation and machine interfaces.
