Job summary

South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, Inc. (SJBHR) is seeking a compassionate Fee for Service Clinician to deliver outpatient therapeutic services in Camden, NJ on a full-time basis.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, appropriate licensure, and knowledge of DSM-5 and psychotropic meds. You will assess, plan, document, and collaborate to improve consumer outcomes in a mission-driven, nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Appropriate licensure for candidates with a Master of Social Work degree.
• Knowledge of the DSM-5 and psychotropic medications.
• Ability to complete treatment plans, progress notes, logs and other documents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Schedule appointments and maintain clinical contact with assigned consumers.
• Conduct intake assessments.
• Develop and complete consumer treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate progress notes and other required clinical documentation.
• Submit daily staff activity logs documenting face-to-face contacts.
• Maintain complete and accurate consumer charts.
• Support departmental, program, and organizational outcomes.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.
