HB NEXT is seeking an Environmental Consultant / NPDES Inspector to join our Greenville/New Bern, NC area team. This outdoor, field-focused role emphasizes hands-on environmental compliance across active construction sites and requires initiative and reliability.

You’ll work with a dedicated group delivering SWPPP, NPDES, and safety inspections, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on practical solutions that keep projects moving and communities protected.

Qualifications

• NC state erosion certification (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Reliable transportation
• Self-starter
• Previous construction field experience highly desired
