Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to provide early intervention services to children and families across New Jersey.

This flexible, per-diem/contract position lets you build your caseload based on availability, servicing homes and community settings. As an OT, you will conduct evaluations, develop IFSP outcomes with families, and deliver services in natural environments while coaching families and completing NJEIS-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, or related setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide occupational therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child’s development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
