Job summary

TMC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This role involves assisting with evaluations, executing treatment plans, and collaborating with occupational therapists to provide quality care. Applicants should have a degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant state licensure.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Certification in accordance with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area.
• Ability to perform minimal assist transfer and lift patients.

Responsibilities

• Assists with data collection and evaluation under OTR supervision.
• Performs clinical functions including treatment plans under OTR supervision.
• Communicates with team members and families.
• Maintains records required by practice settings.
• Provides in-service education to team members.

Skills

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Licensed by the State

Ability to lift and control 50 pounds
