Health System Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Floater Technician to provide flexible, cross-trained support across Delivery, Warehouse, and Biomedical departments in Tonawanda, NY.

The role requires dependable, adaptable individuals who show initiative and can work effectively with multiple teams. The position emphasizes delivering and maintaining home medical equipment, vehicle safety, and accurate documentation, while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Valid state-issued driver’s license in the state where the employee works, required.
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse operations, durable medical equipment, healthcare support, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Initiative to recognize when help is needed and take appropriate action without repeated direction.
• Adaptability to move between departments and assignments with a cooperative attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependability to arrive prepared, follow through on commitments, and complete assignments consistently.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and following equipment-handling and safety procedures.
• Service-oriented mindset and commitment to treating patients, customers, and coworkers with professionalism, patience, and respect.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cross-department coverage across Delivery, Warehouse, and Biomedical departments based on staffing levels and priorities.
• Assist with deliveries, equipment setup, and education of patients and caregivers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Support vehicle checks, safety protocols, and timely documentation.
• Handle inventory counts, order picking, and equipment movement with attention to accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
