Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Critical Incident Responder who is a licensed mental health professional to support organizations and employees in Overland Park, KS on-site. This contract opportunity emphasizes crisis response in real workplace events, offering flexible scheduling and the chance to make a tangible community impact.

You will provide immediate behavioral health support, coordinate with client teams, and participate in training and reporting through our systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Kansas (LCPC, LMFT, LSCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Coordinate with client teams to de-escalate incidents and provide immediate care.
