Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing in Iowa.
• Full MLS access in the Des Moines market.
• Experience showing homes in the Des Moines area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone, iOS or Android, to run the KeyPleaz app.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license, since every assignment is in the field.
