Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to create an easy, inspiring shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through checkout and store services with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

As part of the On-Demand team, you’ll adapt to varying schedules and store demands, while maintaining excellent guest service and upholding Target’s values. Training and ongoing development are provided to build product knowledge and customer engagement

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork.
• Flexibility with scheduling and shifts, including holidays and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues, ending every interaction with a thanks.
• Actively support team and adapt to business needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
