Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid Training must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Food Handler's permit course must be completed within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Plan engaging activities to support child development and build relationships.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families and maintain consistent routines.
• Be available for random days and shifts; assignment length can vary from a day to a week or longer.
• Work at least one shift every 45 days as a substitute.
