Required credentials include a Substitute Credential or Teaching Certificate; state certification may be accepted. Background check is mandatory; paperwork and confidentiality training will be provided. Rates are posted for substitutes and paraprofessionals.

Qualifications

• Substitute credentials or teaching certificate required for eligibility.
• Must be able to pass a background check and provide proof of TB testing.
• Availability for short-notice and extended assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the absent employee
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom or work environment
• Provide guidance and support to students or colleagues as needed
• Complete required paperwork and documentation
• Attend meetings and trainings as required
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents/guardians
• Perform other duties as assigned
