Qualifications

• Must have Iowa RN or LPN license and be in good standing.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care.
• Administers medications and or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and attending physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition.
