Job summary

Continuum of Colorado seeks flexible, on-call Substitute Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for residential programs in Aurora, Denver, and Castle Rock. This role allows caregivers to choose their working hours and shifts.

Substitute DSPs will assist individuals with daily living activities, implement care plans, and engage in community activities. The position offers a starting salary of $19.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling across the Denver Metro Area and various additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain certification in all agency-required training.
• One year of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Personal vehicle in good condition for use during work.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities.
• Assist with documentation of care plans and protocols.
• Monitor health needs and assist individuals in obtaining healthcare.
