Qualifications

• Master's degree (or Bachelor's with grandfathered status) in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin license as an occupational therapist.

• Participate in discharge planning and development/implementation of patient care plans and assessments.
• Maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes.
