Job summary

Medical Edge is seeking a BC OB/GYN Hospitalist for Ocala, Florida, to join a team with double physician coverage and a well-supported women's health unit. The role involves 7–8 twenty-four hour in-house shifts monthly, flexible scheduling, and no billing or coding duties.

Candidates must be MD/DO, Board Certified (ABOG or AOBOG), with at least 2 years of post-residency experience and current delivery and emergent gynecologic surgery skills. Florida license preferred.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified (ABOG or AOBOG).
• Minimum 2 years of experience outside residency.
• Current delivery and emergent gynecologic surgery skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage with double physician coverage.
• Work a rotating in-house schedule (7–8 shifts per month).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage obstetric patients.
