Qualifications

Active US license and board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans, address acute/emergent issues.
Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
