Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking licensed NPs to conduct in-home health assessments on a flexible, 1099 basis. Pre-scheduled visits, pre-populated forms, and no treatment plans keep the workflow clean and low-stress.

New grads are welcome. You set your own schedule with a 60 hours/month minimum and can travel across multiple counties in your region. Malpractice insurance is included, with potential bonuses for qualifying visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Complete pre-populated forms with structured workflows.
• Submit forms after visits; no treatment plans or follow-up calls.
