The role emphasizes collaboration with parents, open communication, and flexibility to adapt schedules. Fridays through Sundays are common, with additional hours possible; compensation is $40–$45/hour gross with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional nanny experience.
• Infant/toddler-aged experience.
• CPR/first aid certification.
• TrustLine certified.
• Excellent references.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Do the children’s laundry and prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Do dishes and keep the children’s rooms and play areas clean, organized, and tidy.
• Grocery shopping for the family.
