Job summary

Synergy Homecare is seeking a caring nanny/babysitter to provide in-home childcare across families in the Clifton area. The role focuses on engaging children, following family guidelines, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Applicants should have strong English communication, CPR/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Experience with a childcare agency is preferred, and you must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with a childcare agency (highly preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving and engaging care for children in private homes.
• Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.
