Job summary

Synergy Homecare is seeking a caring nanny/babysitter to provide loving care for children in private homes within the Clifton area. You will follow client instructions, maintain safety, and engage kids with age-appropriate activities while communicating with families and the agency.

The role requires English fluency, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification, with opportunities to work with a variety of families and receive agency support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
• First Aid and CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes.
• Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.
