Caliber Therapies in Alabama seeks a passionate Music Therapist to join our community-based team. You will use music as a dynamic tool to engage, support, and empower clients across a wide range of abilities, operating independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

The role requires MT-BC, a degree in Music Therapy, and strong musicianship. You’ll plan sessions, complete notes, and handle invoicing, with mileage reimbursement and a flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music Therapy from AMTA-approved program.
• MT-BC certification is required.
• Experience with neurodiverse populations or behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and facilitate appropriate MT sessions.
• Complete session notes within company expectations.
• Submit invoicing by company deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with team and supervisors.
