Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete inspection reports using InspectorADE app.
• Communicate with Inspection Relations Coordinator regularly.
