Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You will inspect exteriors, possibly interior vacant or damaged properties, determine occupancy status, photograph and document conditions, and complete reports using InspectorADE on your smartphone.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and reliability for field inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail in documenting property conditions.
• Clear communication with coordinators and mortgage clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience using mobile apps to complete reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
