Guidepost Montessori in Deerfield, IL is seeking friendly, dependable substitutes to support mixed-age classrooms (0–6) on an on-call basis. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation.

As a Substitute Teacher, you will join our on-call team, assist with daily routines, help create a warm, safe learning environment, and support full-time teachers when needed. This role offers flexible hours and potential path to full-time Assistant Teacher.

Qualifications

• TB test within 12 months or as required by policy.
• State background check cleared.
