Job summary

Bella Psychological & Wellness Services is expanding and seeking licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) who want flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive practice. We offer full-time (25+ sessions/week) or part-time (10–20 sessions/week) options, with in-person or telehealth and multiple practice models.

Clinicians can select from 1099 Independent Contractor (60/40 split), MSE/fee-for-service, or Office/Room rental, with referrals, scheduling, and admin support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT is required.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Professional, ethical, and collaborative practice style.
• Ability to maintain appropriate documentation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with adult, adolescent, family, and/or couples populations per clinician capacity.
• Choose a practice model (1099, fee-for-service, or rental).
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance in line with regulations.
