Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to serve the Orlando, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Hart, Kissimmee, Oviedo, FL and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes compassionate hospice and euthanasia care, with a flexible schedule designed to support your well-being and personal life.

You will join a community of veterinarians and support staff who value mentorship, ongoing training, and autonomy, while practicing compassionate medicine in clients' homes

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice as a mobile veterinarian delivering in-home care in Orlando and surrounding areas.
• Work independently with support from mentors and practice managers.
