Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in NC).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Passion for working with children (age 5+) and families.
• Experience or interest in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to children and families in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans.
• Engage with families to support goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care.
