Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in West Des Moines, IA to transport injured workers to appointments using your own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance, letting you choose hours that fit your life.

You’ll be paid by the hour for wait time at facilities when approved, with mileage and trip incentives described below. Eligible drivers must be 25+, hold a valid state license, own a 4-door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old, have active auto insurance, and maintain an active cell phone

Competenze

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV that is under 15 years old.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN, EIN or ITIN acceptable).
• Active cell phone plan; prepaid plans require proof of 6 consecutive timely payments if autopay is not used.
