Job summary

Boomerang Transport in Ledyard, IA is seeking drivers to transport injured workers to medical appointments using their own vehicle. Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule, and you are paid by the hour for wait time approved at the facility.

Eligible applicants include a valid driver’s license, a 4-door sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old, active auto insurance, and a US citizen or resident with a TIN.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence for the type of vehicle to be operated.
• Must be current on personal auto insurance policy.
• Must have an active cell phone plan; if prepaid and not on autopay then provide proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN (SSN, EIN, ITIN acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to their appointments in your own vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule.
• You are paid by the hour to wait at the facility when wait time is approved.
