Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC in Surprise, AZ is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to join our busy studio. You’ll work with clients to deliver deep tissue, relaxation, sports massage and more, while a supportive environment handles booking, laundry, and other tasks so you can focus on your craft.

We offer competitive pay of $40–$65 per hour (tips included), full-time positions, paid CEUs, flexible scheduling, and ongoing education with our Massage Therapist Educator.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience.

Responsibilities

• Following our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for your clients and members.
• Customizing massage based on client needs and preferences
• Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan
• Creating SOAP/intake notes for each massage session
