Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes promptly.
Perform nursing assessments and document care accurately and timely.
Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as directed.
Monitor vital signs and clinical indicators.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care team.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
Follow federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.
