Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for shifts in the Redding, CA area. The role offers an hourly rate of $33.00–$35.00 with DOE, flexible scheduling, and multiple assignment options within a nationwide nursing network.

This LVN position supports facilities from medical offices to skilled nursing facilities, under RN supervision, with opportunities for online training and CEU growth.

Formación

• Active CA LVN license required.
• Minimum six months nursing experience; one year preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire physical, TB test, background check and drug screen.
• Must lift at least 35 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Care for patients with illnesses, injuries and diseases under RN supervision in various facilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and aides to deliver quality patient care.
• Take vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes to the RN supervisor.
• Assist the RN with physician orders, patient care and treatments.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
