Sharecare, Inc. via CareLinx is recruiting Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Upland, CA to provide skilled nursing care across multiple settings. You can set availability in the app, choose shifts, and enjoy per-diem flexibility with ongoing Care Advisor support.

New graduates are welcome, and on-boarding may include medical clearance or state-specific paperwork. This role is part-time/per-diem and pays via W2 in various care settings.

Formación

• Active LVN/LPN license in California.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care within your scope of practice including creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Collect, record, and monitor patient data, vital signs and routine measurements.
• Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers.
• Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety in a secure environment.
