Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Dallas is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for PRN, part-time or full-time roles delivering skilled nursing in patients' homes. You’ll provide one-on-one care, administer meds, educate families, and document visits using our EMR system.

New grads are welcome; we offer structured training and mentorship, CPR certification required, and flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• CPR certification.
• New grads welcome; structured training & mentorship program.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for pediatric and/or adult home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Educate and support families in-home care techniques.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Document visits using EMR system.
• Be part of a long-term care team focused on safety and continuity.
