Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate LVN for private duty nursing at patients' homes. The role focuses on pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs, offering one-on-one care and a supportive team environment.

New graduates are welcome, with a structured training and mentorship program. Flexible scheduling, with days/nights and weekdays/weekends, plus weekly pay and dedicated clinical supervision, are provided to help you grow.

Formación

• Active LVN license.
• New graduates welcome with structured training and mentorship.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for home health care with pediatric and/or adult patients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Educate and support families in home care techniques.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Document visits using EMR system.
• Ensure safety, comfort and continuity of care.
