Job summary

You will own the shipment lifecycle from order creation through fulfillment and delivery, ensuring timely planning, rating, tendering, tracking, and resolution to support cost and service goals. The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration with inventory planning, depot operations, customer service, transportation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics roles.
• Experience with LTL rating, dispatch, carrier portals, tracking and exception management.
• Familiarity with freight terms, accessorials, claims and delivery appointments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Daily LTL load management within the region.
• Manage LTL shipment exceptions and customer delivery requirements.
• Confirm shipment details for accurate rating and execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and field teams.
• Support team lead and cover for other planners.
• Flex work-hours to support PECO customer needs.
