Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join our flexible staffing network across Michigan. You’ll control your schedule and the assignments you work, with pay ranges that reflect your licensure: LPNs typically $35–$37/hr, RNs $41–$43/hr.

We offer weekly pay, the option for next-day pay, performance-based increases, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after eligibility.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or RN with current license.
• CPR certification required orActive CPR certification on file.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and compassionate patient care.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor.
• Assist in carrying out physician orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
