Qualifications

• LPN license required (state or multistate)
• CPR certification required
• Two years nursing experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel
• Work under direct supervision per Nurse Practice Act and center policies
• Deliver nursing care for long-term or rehabilitative residents
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information
• Implement the care plan and evaluate patient responses
• Direct and supervise care by other nursing personnel as appropriate
• Maintain required documentation knowledge
• Maintain equipment setup and usage knowledge
• Maintain confidentiality and patient rights

Formation
