Job summary

Harborview Satilla in Waycross, GA seeks a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate care in our faith-based skilled nursing setting. You will deliver medications, monitor resident conditions, and support daily living activities.

Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families. Active LPN license required; prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned
