Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join per diem team across Hampton Roads, VA. You will provide nursing care within LPN scope, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate care with other providers.

Requirements include active LPN license, at least 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and PPD within last year. Perks include same-day/next-day pay, weekly pay, and a hiring bonus after two shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
