Responsibilities

• Record patients' vital signs in EMR MATRIX
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Document medications, treatments, and observations
• Collaborate with CNAs and healthcare team
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance
