Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate LPNs to work in skilled nursing facilities, providing follow-through of the physician-established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the RN Supervisor.

We offer an hourly pay rate of $45 with flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends), paid orientations, weekly pay with direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits including sick leave, insurance options, and lucrative referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Currently holds an active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR Certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated clinical competency.

Responsabilités

• Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
• Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
• Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
• Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
