Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for flexible, incentive-based shifts across Mercy Hospital Jefferson and surrounding communities. The LPN will float among Mercy facilities, provide bedside nursing care, and participate in a scheduling program with variable hours.

Ideal candidates have a practical nursing degree, an active LPN license in the hiring state, and BLS certification. Prior Med Surg experience is required; ED/ICU experience is valued. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg.
• Two years of bedside LPN experience for ED/ICU/advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of licensed professionals.
• Float between Mercy Hospital facilities as assigned.
• Support shift coverage with 12, 8, or 4 hour shifts and flexible scheduling.
