Job summary

Aya Locums is seeking a general dentist to cover outpatient clinic in Iowa. The role involves treating patients across all ages, including pediatrics, with routine dentistry procedures.

The clinic provides strong clinical support with two dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk, using Denticon EMR. Flexible schedule: Tuesday-Sunday, clinic hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday 8-1.

Travel malpractice coverage is included; team-based, fully supported environment.

Qualifications

• General dentistry across all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics).
• Comfort seeing pediatric patients and young children.
• Endodontists may be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine general dentistry procedures (fillings, exams, etc.).
• See 9 patients per day on average; up to 12 exams per day.
• Work in a team-based, fully supported outpatient clinic with dental assistants, hygienist, and front desk.
