Western Veterinary Partners in the Greater Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex (Arlington, Plano, McKinney) seeks a full-time Locum Veterinarian (DVM) to join three small-animal hospitals. The role offers a four- or five-day schedule with 4-10s or 5-8s, with no weekend, emergency, or on-call hours.

You must be a Texas-licensed DVM (or eligible) with 2+ years of clinical experience; 3+ years preferred. You will provide high-quality patient care, mentor teams, and collaborate with clinics and the Medical

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible)
• 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with small animals and strong surgical/diagnostic skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to small animals across three DFW hospitals
• Collaborate with hospital teams and mentors to ensure best practices
• Maintain clear communication with clients and support staff

Skills

Licensed in Texas
