Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking physicians for hospital-based locum tenens coverage in Los Angeles, CA. You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri) with 2 days of pager call and one weekend pager per month, from 7 am to 5 pm, covering general adult, ENT, and ortho populations under general anesthesia.

Hospital privileges are required; Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour consultant access.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed physician with hospital privileges.
• Experience with general anesthesia procedures.
• Hospital-based locum tenens assignment.
• Coverage for adult, ENT and ortho patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Cover 4 x 10-hour shifts weekly (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri).
• 2 days of pager call per week.
• 1 weekend pager per month (Sat 7am - Mon 7am).
• Shift hours from 7 am to 5 pm.
• Provide care for general adult, ENT and ortho cases.
